NEVERSEEN Return & Exchange Policy

At NEVERSEEN, every product is crafted with care and intention, delivering not just style but a meaningful message. We want you to love what you wear — and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for refunds once an order is placed, except in the case of a damaged or defective product received by you.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Product color variation request (within the same price range)

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Exchange request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Exchange is applicable for products of the same price range only.

Shipping Charges

  • If the product is damaged or defective on arrival: We will cover the return shipping cost, and a replacement will be sent at no extra cost to you.

  • If the product is correct in color and size but you wish to exchange it: You will need to pay the shipping charges for returning the product to us. The replacement product will be shipped from our end free of cost.

  • If the exchanged product needs to be returned again: Both-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at contact@nvrsn.in with your order number, reason for exchange, and clear product images (if applicable).

  2. Once approved, ship the product to the address below:

  1. After receiving and inspecting your item, we’ll dispatch the exchange product.

Note: Products purchased on discount or during special sales are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
